Terms and Conditions:
- All bookings are on first come first served basis.
- Additional sectors required after start of the flight itinerary
will be on the sole discretion of Suparsa Aviation Services Pvt.
Ltd.
- The Flying Hrs. mentioned in the quotation is only indicative
since:-
Any diversions due to bad weather or the air route not being
available due to the decision of The Airport Authority / Air Traffic
Control or due to defense activity; will be billed on actuals in the
final INVOICE, on completion of the flight.
Payment:-
- 50% advance will be payable at the time of booking, as confirmation
charges for confirming the charter. Balance payment is to be
made 48 hrs prior to scheduled departure of flight.
- All payments made via VISA/Master credit card will
attract an additional 1.5 % on the total value and "AMEX"
card will attract an additional 3.5% on the total value.
- All payments are to made in favour of 'Suparsa Aviation Services
Pvt. Ltd.' payable at Delhi.
Cancellation:-
- Cancellation charges @ 20% of the total INVOICE amount if
cancellation is received after payment of the confirmation
charges, 25% if cancellation is done at least 48 hours prior
to scheduled departure , 50% if cancellation is done between 48
hours and 24 hours prior to scheduled departure and 100% if the
flight is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
- Any cancellation /changes (if the same cannot be executed due to
operational reasons / lapse or lack of relevant permissions) in
flight sectors after the commencement of the flight program
will be termed as a a last minute cancellation - and the
cancellation clause of 100% would apply.
- Minimum flying time chargeable is 2 Hrs. per booking.
Other Charges:-
- Landing / Flight handling charges, Detention and night halt
charges will be Extra and will depend on type of aircraft hired
- While outstation, on non flying days if the aircraft is kept
waiting by the client, 2 hours of flying time will be charged as
'Non Flying Day Charge'. For this day, no night halt will be
charged.
- Boarding, lodging and transportation costs of the crew will be
charged extra.
- Any Watch Hour extension levied by the airport will be billed
separately after the flight has been completed, as this cannot be
foreseen prior to the flight.
- Any additional charges levied by the Airport Authority, Customs
or other regulatory authorities, which are not existent now, shall
be billed separately.
- Service Tax @ 12.36% shall be applicable on all International &
Domestic Flight as per the rule of Govt. of India.
General:-
- Passenger list is to be submitted at least 24 hrs. prior to the
flight. In case of Foreign Nationals traveling to Defense Airfield ,
complete passport details and confirmed departure & arrival
timings are to be furnished to Air/Naval Headquarters at least 10
Working Days prior to departure of the flight. Subsequent changes
would require fresh clearance from Ministry of Defense and may
entail delays.
- All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees. US $ equivalent
rates will apply for any bookings whose payments are received from
outside India.
- Total Baggage that can be carried will depend on type of a/c
hired and no. of passengers carried.
- We do not serve alcoholic beverages on board and smoking is not
allowed on-board the aircraft.
- The Charterer will be required to sign a formal charter agreement
before commencement of the flight.
